Being a person who preferred working on his own, having to partner with 4 other graduates, now friends, was a huge leap from my comfort zone. I learnt how to view and work with multiple perspectives that served a more impactful push towards doing my part in adding value for the business.

I also got to work with multiple departments such as BI, consumer & the commercial teams, this allowed me to better understand how the different parts of Aspen work together.

With the guidance, knowledge and tutelage I got from Ashen Nurasiaha – Associate KAM, I could juggle the different mechanics in which these teams worked with, allowing me to provide better analytics for these teams, either in the form of power BI or excel dashboards or Qlik dashboard data validations that ensures every number that every person at Aspen sees, is the correct one.

With that said, tenacity and perseverance were needed as nothing good ever comes easy.
